User Account Archive

Often when users leave an organisation IT is not informed and their accounts stay live creating a potential security issue. In some companies, hundreds of accounts exist that have not been logged into for more than a year.

New compliance laws require IT departments to retain user data at levels higher than before. This means even when old accounts are detected more than ever they need to be archived with the users data.
