Outlook Signature Tool
The Scripting IT Outlook Signature Tool ensures your users get a consistent Outlook signature that contains either text or images (such as company logo), and is easily accessible by users from their desktops.

Costs
Signature tools are generally created as a project. ScriptingIT work with the business to define the options, provide POC, pilot, deployment and auditing. These projects are based on hours and can be fixed cost or time and materials. Support agreements are available but not mandatory and are based on flexible support options.
Notes
- With updates to tools like Exchange 2010 it is possible to auto attach signatures to outgoing mail. Details are pulled from Active Directory, however these details are often missing or stale. Interacting with the end user provides correct data and optionally keeps this data correct or populates it in Active Directory
